Services
I handle everything from full custom harness design to complex diagnostic work.
Every system is built cleanly, safely, and properly. no shortcuts, no guesswork.
Harness Design & Rebuilds
Full custom harnesses designed and built from scratch for motorcycles, cars, and specialty vehicles.
Repairs or modifications to OEM harnesses, including connector replacement, shortening or extending looms, or decluttering old wiring.
Every custom system includes diagrams and labeling so future techs or owners can easily follow the work.
I use high-quality materials, soldered and heat-shrunk connections, proper strain relief, braided loom protection, and clean routing.
“I build harnesses the way I want to find them years later. logical, labeled, and easy to understand.”
Power & Control Systems
Design and construction of custom fuse and relay panels or power-distribution boxes.
Integration of solid-state or digital control systems like MotoGadget.
Custom layouts for handlebars, dashboards, and auxiliary systems.
Conversion of old fuse blocks to modern blade-style setups and upgrades for LED compatibility and reliability.
Lighting & Accessories
LED headlights, taillights, and turn signal wiring done cleanly and properly.
Wiring for heated grips, USB power, GPS units, and auxiliary lighting.
Aesthetic wiring cleanup, hidden looms, simplified layouts, and modernized circuits.
Custom switch panels and control logic for specialty builds.
Vehicle Types
Motorcycles, cars, utility vehicles, and e-bikes.
Comfortable with vintage, custom, and kit-builds.
I also handle 12-volt auxiliary systems on EVs and hybrids (not high-voltage systems).
Most projects are considered if they fit the scope and the owner values proper work.
-
Appointment only, I take on one major project and one smaller job at a time.
Most work is drop-off; mobile service is possible but limited and billed at a higher rate.
Scheduling depends on project complexity and parts availability.
Light mechanical overlap is fine if required for electrical access (e.g., alternator or starter removal).
-
I specialize in problems other shops couldn’t find, intermittent faults, parasitic draws, mystery shorts, and no-start situations.
Testing covers charging systems, starting circuits, sensor signals, and grounding issues.
(Analog focus, some CAN bus diagnostics.)I trace circuits logically, confirm signal paths, and document what I find.
“The detective work is my favorite part, chasing the problem until it makes sense.”
-
Keyless ignition, RFID systems, GPS trackers, and hidden kill switches.
Digital gauge installation, sensor integration, and speedometer/tachometer setups.
Consulting for small shops and builders, planning harness routing, power distribution, and logical system layouts.
Custom relay/fuse panels or pre-wired kits built on request.
Philosophy
I approach every project with the same mindset: do it properly, or don’t do it at all.
Reliability isn’t marketing, it comes from clean routing, proper materials, correct wire gauge, vibration protection, and every circuit fused and grounded the way it should be.
Electrical systems fail because of shortcuts: pinched wires, bad grounds, vampire taps, loose crimps, or mismatched fuses. I rebuild and design wiring the opposite way, intentionally and methodically.
My background in software engineering taught me to think in systems: trace logic, follow flow, isolate faults. Wiring is physical logic. You debug a circuit the same way you debug code, patiently, step by step, until it makes sense.
I’m not chasing volume or speed. I’m here for riders and builders who want things done right. If a job needs to be cheap or rushed, it’s not the right fit. If it needs to be reliable, that’s what I’m here for.
Every connector, fuse, and routing choice reflects a simple idea:
reliability is craftsmanship, and craftsmanship is honesty.
