Step 1 — Contact & Information
Reach out by email, text, or through the contact form. The more details you give, the faster I can help.
What I’ll need:
year / make / model
what’s happening
what’s been modified or rewired
photos of the wiring or setup if possible
I respond within 24 hours.
Once we’ve talked it through, we’ll decide whether it makes sense to schedule diagnostics.
Step 2 — Consultation & Diagnostics
There are no walk-ins. Everything starts with a scheduled diagnostic appointment.
Diagnostics are billed hourly at $100/hr.
During diagnostics, I:
begin with the most likely causes
test each step logically
trace power and grounds through the system
confirm or eliminate each possibility
document everything with notes or photos
Once I find the issue, I explain it clearly and give you options.
From there, you decide whether you want to move forward with the repair or rebuild.
Step 3 — Build Phase
If you move forward, I begin the actual work.
During the build phase:
wires are routed cleanly and logically
connections are protected properly
the system is grouped and labeled for serviceability
the finished harness looks simple and intentional, even when the logic underneath is complex
For larger projects, I provide wiring diagrams or build notes upon completion.
I send updates at milestones or when something important comes up, not spam, just meaningful communication.
Step 4 — Delivery & Follow-Up
When the job is complete, we test everything together.
If something isn’t right because of my work, I fix it at no charge. If an unrelated issue appears later, I’m happy to diagnose it as a new job.
Pickups and drop-offs are by appointment, Tuesday through Saturday, 10am–5pm.
Please be on time, I don’t do late-evening hand-offs.
Step 5 — Ongoing Support
I keep detailed records and photos of every project. If you come back months or years later, I know exactly what was done.
If another shop or mechanic alters the wiring after my work, re-diagnosis is billed normally, I’ll need to understand what changed.
Large projects are typically booked about three months out. Small repairs can usually fit within a week.
If you respect the process and want the job done right, I’ll make sure your machine leaves reliable, safe, and solid.
